These terms and conditions stipulate the terms of use of a mail inspection and information provision service for illicit drugs (referred as “Service”) of R M Consulting Service Co., Ltd. (referred as “Company”). “Customer” in these terms and conditions means the person who used “Service” in accordance with these terms and conditions. In addition, when using “Service”, it is assumed that the user had agreed to these terms and conditions.

Article 1 Using the service

  • This “Service” is a mail inspection and information provision service for illicit drugs via the internet. The purpose is to screen for the use of illicit drugs, and comments on test results are not a definitive diagnosis. “Company” does not take any responsibility for “Customer” ‘s test results. “Customer” shall be fully aware of this and use this “Service” at “Customer” ‘s own risk, and if necessary, consult an appropriate medical institution, etc.
  • This “Service” is a testing service by collecting samples from non-medical institutions. “Customer” of the mail inspection service is responsible for self-collection. From the viewpoint of privacy protection, “Company” deems that the inspection specimens that “Customer” collects by “Customer” ‘s own are “Customer” ‘s one and accept the inspections.
  • Specimen testing is performed at a testing inspection designated by “Company”.
  • “Customer” ‘s test results shall be delivered by “Company” via the internet.
  • The time from the inspection application to the confirmation of the inspection result is different depending on the mailing situation. “Company” shall not promise the deadline for the test result.
  • ”Customer” recognizes that the inspection examinee’s name, password and sample collection date are important, and shall not use, lend, transfer, change, buy or sell the examinee’s name and the password to a third party.
  • “Company” always pay attention to the handling of personal information and comply with laws and regulations.
  • This ”Service” shall only be used in Thailand.

Article 2 Service usage application

  • It is assumed that “Customer” ‘s order is completed when “Customer” place an order from the purchase application form. Cancellation of this “Service” shall be accepted only before the inspection kit is shipped. Cancellation shall not be accepted after the test kit has been shipped.
  • In case that “Customer” does not receive the test kit after shipping, the test kit shall be returned to “Company”. “Company” shall contact “Customer” to resend the test kit. In case that “Customer” does not receive a reply within 3 months, “Company” shall cancel the contract. The “Service” charge shall not be refunded.
  • When a minor “Customer” orders this “Service”, the order shall be made with the consent of the guardian, and the “Service” ordered shall be accepted assuming that the consent of the guardian has been obtained.

Article 3 Payment

  • Payment of this “Service” usage fee shall be made by credit card payment, PromptPay payment, LINE Pay payment, and internet bank transfer payment.
  • In case of paying by credit card, the “Customer” shall be subject to the terms and conditions separately contracted with the card company.
  • In case that “Customer” uses PromptPay payment, LINE Pay payment, or internet bank transfer payment, “Company” shall ship the test kit after payment is confirmed.

Article 4 Inspection

  • The mail inspection conducted by “Company” is a method of self-collecting a sample. “Company” deems that the sample was collected as explained by “Customer”. In case that the sample may not be collected correctly, accurate test results may not be obtained or the test may not be possible.
  • In case that the registration details entered by “Customer” shall not be determined, “Company” may enter them at “Company” ‘s discretion.
  • In case that the information on the test request from differs from the information entered on the sample, the information on the test request form shall be used.
  • In case that “Customer” applies for multiple test kits and the samples are sent on the same day, “Customer” shall set the application name and password separately.

Article 5 Inspection Result

  • The test performed by this mail inspection is screening, and only this test result does not diagnose positive for illegal drugs. “Customer” shall understand that it is of a nature that may not be determined by a single inspection.
  • The test result may be ‘undecidable’ due to some inhibitory agent. In that case, “Company” does not refund because the sample has been inspected.

Article 6 Disclaimer

“Company” and the inspection agency designated by the “Company” shall be exempted from liability for the following matters.

The “Customer shall resolve it at “Customer” ‘s own risk and “Company” shall not be involved.

  • Loss or destruction of “Customer” ’s personal information and order information, and falsification by others
  • In the event that “Customer” causes a third party by using this “Service”.
  • Any damage caused by “Customer” not using this “Service”
  • In the event that “Customer” uses “Company” ‘s website and have any damage or accident.
  • Any trouble or damage caused by the inspection result
  • Trouble or damage due to mailing circumstances
  • Trouble or damage by the use of minors without parental consent.
  • Trouble or damage caused by “Customer” who applied for the inspection by pretending to be a third party.
  • In the event that a dispute arises between “Customer” and the credit card company.
  • Disadvantages, troubles and damages caused using this service, answering questions and giving advice.

Article 7 Shipment Policy

  • The Delivery fee is calculated by referring to the EMS price list of Thailand Post Co., Ltd. In the event that the EMS price list is revised, the delivery fee shall be changed accordingly.
  • Cancellations due to “Customer” ‘s convenience may only be made before “Company” sends inspection kit to “Customer. “Company” may not accept the test kit after it has been sent.
  • ”Company” shall accept exchanges or returns for any damage, stains, or missing items of the requested inspection kit in the initial failure or during delivery. “Customer” shall contact “Company” within 7 days of the arrival of the inspection kit.
  • “Company” sends test kit to “Customer” by EMS (Express Mail Service) of Thailand Post Co., Ltd. within 7 days after the order is confirmed.
  • In the event that test kit is delay during delivery from “Company” to “Customer”, “Company” shall contact to Thailand Post Co., Ltd. to support it. The contact method shall be telephone or E-mail.

  • In the event that test kit is lost during delivery from “Company” to “Customer”, “Customer” shall notify “Company” and “Company” shall send “Customer” a new test kit. The contact method shall be same as section 4.
  • In case that the “Customer” is responsible for any damage, the inspection kit may be replaced at the “Customer” ‘s expense, including shipping costs and other costs.

Article 8 Others

  • “Company” shall be able to change the contents of these terms and conditions by notifying “Customer” by method deemed necessary without obtaining the prior consent of “Customer”.
  • When using “Service”, in case that a problem that may not be solved by these terms occur, “Company” and “Customer” shall discuss in good faith and resolve it.
